Halloween Havoc (1991) is the third professional Halloween Havoc professional wrestling event (PPV) produced by World Championship Wrestling (WCW). The event took place on October 27, 1991 from UTC Arena in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
The main event was two of three falling matches, in which Lex Luger defended the WCW Heavyweight World Championship against Ron Simmons. Luger beat Simmons to defend the title. The other major matches of the event were the Chamber of Horrors match between El Gigante, Sting and The Steiner Brothers (Rick and Scott) and the Abdullah the Butcher, The Diamond Studd, Cactus Jack and Big Van Vader teams. Brian Pillman was crowned the Lightweight Class Winner of the event by beating Richard Morton in the final of the tournament.
In 2014 this event is available on WWE Network.

Event
In the opening game, Sting's team won after Cactus Jack accidentally pulled the switch while Abdullah the Butcher was in the electric chair. Initially, the game should feature El Gigante, Sting, and Steiner Brothers against Oz, Diamond Studd, One Man Gang, and Barry Windham. Cactus replaces Oz, Big Van Vader replaces Windham, and Abdullah replaces the Gang. During the pre-show, Barry Windham was attacked by Arn Anderson and Larry Zbyszko and suffered a broken hand when they slammed his hand on the car door. One Man Gang is scheduled to take part in this match, but leaves the WCW before the show. With Cactus Jack in the opening game, Oz replaces him against Bill Kazmaier. Doug Somers replaces Michael Hayes, who was originally scheduled for the match. Phantom later revealed himself as Rick Rude.
United States Tag Team Champions Patriots challenge Enforcers to World Tag Team Championship WCW. The US Team Tag Championship is not at stake.
The original plan for the main event was Lex Luger defending WCW World Heavyweight Championship against Mr Hughes, but the plan was changed when WCW fired Ric Flair on July 1, 1991, with Luger eventually assuming the villain role over WCW and Hughes being his bodyguard rather than a challenger.
