Summary
Raymond Holt captained from 99 NYPD fictitious districts and almost immediately clashed with Jake Peralta, who is immature because he is skilled in solving crimes. In another event, the annual Halloween police heap betting was set up, Charles Boyle shot in the ass while protecting fellow detective Rosa Diaz from a criminal with a grudge against Holt, the squad got a glimpse into Holt's home life, Charles started a relationship with a woman who ended when their engagement was canceled and Jake develops feelings for Amy Santiago's fellow detective after winning the bet.
